Tim and Sue Banden opened S&T motors in China Maine back in 1993 with a handful of older cars and a love for the car business. Five years later they had a 100 car inventory and became one of the largest selling dealers in the state of Maine. They both grew up in the car business and enjoyed the ability to find the right cars at the right price for all that came to the store. Every car that was sold was handpicked by them and meticulously serviced. Sue would often say we need to do the best we can as our customers are our friends. That still holds true today with handpicked cars that are fully serviced. They sold the business in Maine in 2006 to their two managers and relocated to Florida knowing that their customers were in good hands. Although they enjoyed the great weather here in Florida they missed the interaction with customers that they had grown accustomed to. They opened a store here in 2007 and picked up right where they left off. They enjoy meeting people every day and making new friends while providing the community with a fair and trustworthy dealer to do business with.
